Fairplay League 2014/15Fairplay measures Player, Supporter and Team Official behaviour as perceived and marked by the opposition. 6,600 ratings were received by the League during the season and based on this data we are pleased to announce the season 2014/ 2015 age group leaders : -
Full tables for the season are shown here U12 | U13 | U14 | U15 | U16 AimsThe aim is to give young players, managers and parents/supporters a goal to aim for during the season. The ethos behind the scheme is to encourage fair play throughout the age groups. Encouraging young sports people to behave in a sportsman like manner and play fairly is a step towards these players growing in maturity and showing good sportsmanship in the future. The increased pressures of the professional game do not always set the best examples, and we need to show, through the Fairplay League, how the game should be played and what behaviour is expected. At the end of the season after all results have been tabulated, the winners of each age group will receive a certificate honouring their achievement.
How to submit Fairplay scoresIn 2015 we introduced a 30 day rolling period to submit fairplay scores. You'll be able to submit Fairplay scores for 2015 games up to 30 days after the match date. This season we are able to keep most expunged games in the Fairplay system so that your submissions will count in the Fairplay tables. League games become expunged when a team moves division or withdraws from the League. When you make a submission, expunged games will auto fill for you if a submission is expected. Non-submission of Fairplay reportsUnreported games eventually lead to your club appearing low down the FairPlay tables. For a brief reminder of how your team and opponent is scored if you you have not submitted a fairplay report : -
