Q1 Where do I register for a FairPlay account?
Your club makes a request to the League and the League emails an invitation to you containing a link to this website and other details that you’ll need.
Q2 How do I register to become a FairPlay reporter?
When you register you are asked for the name of the team you want to make Fairplay reports on behalf of. Start typing your club name for suggestions, or scroll down the dropdown list. If your club is fielding more than one team in an age group you’ll be able to select the correct one by name.
Q3 Can I report FairPlay for more than one team?
Yes but please make sure you are able to attend all the matches that you are responsible for reporting. If you are reporting for more than one team, you’ll need to register for more accounts. Each account will need its own email address. Each account you set up can link to one team only.
You can ask another parent, coach or helper to register for a FairPlay Account of their own. It is possible for any team to have multiple FairPlay reporters so the workload isn’t all down to one person. In this case the first FairPlay reporter that reports a game has their submission accepted.
Q4 Can I change my e-mail address?
Yes, if you later want to use a new e-mail address you can change your account e-mail address yourself. Your email is used to manage your account (eg activation, forgotten password) so its important to keep an up to date address on our system. Sign in and visit your Account page. Update the “E-mail Address” field then click the Update button.
Q5 What is the Password format?
Please choose a password between 8 and 30 characters long with at least one number, at least one lowercase and at least one uppercase letter. Please don’t re-use a password that you use on another website.
Q6 Can I change my password?
Yes, anytime. There are two methods:-
- If you remember your current password visit your account page and click the * symbol to change your password. Specify a new password for yourself between 8 and 30 characters long with at least one number, at least one lowercase and at least one uppercase letter.
- If you forget your password you can still reset it yourself. Visit the Sign In page and click the “Forgot Password” button.
Q7 How often can I change my Password?
You can change your password once every half an hour. For security reasons the total number of times you may change your password 8 times before the account locks. If you exceed this please contact the League administrator to unlock your account.
